Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland [UK]
Jeep has refreshed its Grand Cherokee for 2008, giving it a modern interior design and a host of features. The dashboard features soft-touch materials, new colours and textures, and Limited and Overland models come with a leather-wrapped parking brake handle. The Overland also boasts a leather package on the seats, doors and dashboard, as well as heated second row seats.
Newly available from Jeep is the MyGIG infotainment system, with MP3 player compatibility, a touchscreen navigation system and the ability to store up to 1600 songs on the integrated hard drive. Additionally, the UConnect Hands-free Communication System powered by Bluetooth allows voice-activated wireless communication.
On the outside, the updated Grand Cherokee has a more modern look with a body-colour front sill and air dam, new grille surround, a range of alloy wheels and a new headlamp design.
