Jeep Patriot EV
As a Range-extended Electric Vehicle, the Jeep Patriot EV combines electric-drive components with a small gasoline engine and electric generator to provide a driving range equivalent to traditional gasoline-powered vehicles. The Jeep Patriot EV has a refined, clean front with vertical accents on the signature Jeep grille, and a body-color/matte black paint blend elongates the profile. For further sportiness, a unique wheel design and size provides a wide stance. Inside, the Jeep Patriot EV has all of the elements of the 2009 Jeep Patriot.
Its powertrain has an electric-drive motor, lithium-ion battery system and a gasoline engine with an electric generator providing an additional 400 miles of range, including 40 miles of zero-emission, all-electric operation. The exterior of the Jeep Patriot EV is ENVI Green Pearl with an "EV" graphic adorning the sides of the vehicle.
