Jeep® also modernised the Wrangler range by building on the original Jeep® formula with a new frame, exterior and interior design, new engines, ESP and brake traction control technology. This has enabled the Wrangler to provide much more capability and on-road refinement without sacrificing classic Jeep® features.
The Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited both include removable full-framed doors and fold-down windscreen, together with an option of removable hard top - the Freedom Top™ - a three-piece modular hardtop which features separate left- and right-front passenger panels that can be stored inside the car and a rear section that can be removed separately.
