This stylish and fuel-efficient midsize sedan has roomy interiors and boasts an estimated 40 mpg, leading among the models in its class. While still providing superior style, comfort, performance, and value, this hybrid vehicle distinguishes itself by having a Kia-developed powertrain with innovative features that give it outstanding hybrid performance and fuel efficiency.

The 2011 Optima Hybrid is equipped with a full parallel hybrid system that enables it to operate in zero emission, full-electric mode at speeds up to 62 mph or blend between gas and electricity at any speed. When at a stop the engine shuts down and idle fuel and emissions are eliminated.
