KTM X-Bow Race
KTM is highly invested in motorsport, as evidenced by their slogan 'Ready to Race'. It only made sense for them to create a racing version of the X-Bow while the production model was in development. And so, the X-Bow was entered into the GT4 European Cup by German race team Reiter Engineering. This allowed KTM to prove the car's capabilities and potentially introduce its use to other racing applications.
KTM enlisted esteemed Italian race driver Loris Bicocchi to contribute considerably in the X-Bow's development, testing, and tuning. From the Koenigsegg CCR to the Bugatti Veyron, Bicocchi has worked with some of the most advanced cars on the market.
The X-Bow made its debut on the racetrack, thus displaying that racing is at its core. The two-seater competed with the Lotus and Donkervoort in the Sports Light category while the GT4 lineup included the Aston Martin N24, BMW Z4 M, Ford Mustang, and Nissan 350Z.
