The elegant yet sporty Lancia Ypsilon Sport MomoDesign is the latest result of the collaboration between two of Italy's iconic companies. This model, featuring the most powerful diesel engine in its class, has been specifically designed to appeal to young drivers looking for a car with a stylish character, yet one that is still affordable. The 1.3 Multijet 16V engine can deliver up to 105 hp at 4,000 rpm and 200 Nm of torque at 1750 rpm, with a top speed of 177 km/h and impressive fuel efficiency of 4.7 l/100 km.
Fitted with a 5-speed gearbox and a lower suspension system for an enhanced driving experience, the Lancia Ypsilon Sport MomoDesign also comes with disk brakes in the front and rear, ESP and ASR traction control system, ABS and EBD along with airbags for added safety. It also features a range of standard equipment for enhanced comfort, such as climate control, electric power-steering, Hi-Fi radio-CD player and remote control door opening and closing.
The car also offers optional features such as a sunroof, dual-zone automatic climate control, a Bose® sound system and satellite navigator. Additionally, the Lancia Ypsilon Sport MomoDesign will be available with a 1.4 16V petrol engine, 95 hp, and 6-speed automatic (with a sequential DFN gearbox) and a 90 hp 1.3 Multijet 16V equipped with a particulate filter.
This model will be officially unveiled on the Italian market in mid June and is expected to gain popularity on other markets soon afterwards.
