Lancia Stratos Concept

The Lancia Stratos HF is considered one of the most successful and incredible rally cars of the 70s. It was designed specifically for rallying with its aerodynamic lines and intense performance, the Lancia Stratos gained attention from fans and became renowned for its three consecutive world championship titles. For automobile collector and driver Michael Stoschek, the dream of recreating the Lancia Stratos has been a long-held ambition. He started designing and building his version of the car in 2003 and the modern vehicle was finally revealed in 2010, forty years after the model was originally presented at the Turin Motor Show. The story of the Stratos goes all the way back to 1970, where it appeared at the Turin Motor Show as a stylistic masterpiece created by designer Marcello Gandini. This caught the eyes of Lancia's team manager Cesare Fiorio, who was determined to make the concept car a reality.
