Lexus SC430 Pace Car
The luxurious Lexus SC series was introduced in 1991, with the SC 300 and SC 400 models. In 2001, the second-generation SC 430 model was unveiled at the Paris Motorshow and went into production shortly after. This exceptional sports convertible was designed with a joint collaboration between European and Japanese designers.
The SC 430 offers a powerful 4.3 L 3UZ-FE V8 engine which is mated to a five-speed automatic transmission. Performance is excellent, with 0-60 runs being executed in only 6 seconds. It also features a retractable aluminium hardtop, sporty 18-inch alloy wheels, and an all-leather interior which can comfortably seat four. With a base price of US$63,825, it’s a great value for a quality convertible.
