Maserati GranCabrio Fendi
Created by Silvia Venturini Fendi, the Maserati GranCabrio Fendi is a unique display of artistry, craftsmanship, and technology that celebrates the shared values of two legendary Italian brands. It will be unveiled at the 2011 Frankfurt MotorShow.
The car was handmade at Maserati's historical factory in Modena with exclusive materials designed in a variety of colours. The Grigio Fiamma Fendi paint looks like a dark grey coming alive with an iridescent golden hue, while the Pergamena Fendi wood trim lines the dashboard, doors, and gear lever, all in FENDI's iconic yellow, matching the brake callipers and stitched trident on the seating. Not to mention, the distinctive FENDI double F logo, which can be found on the seats, the 19-inch Trident design alloy wheels, and the rocker panel.
The interior features the luxurious Cuoio Romano, Fendi's most precious leather from its Selleria line, covering details such as the instrument cluster cover, the gear lever, and the floor mats. Also included is a limited-edition travel set of luggage and accessories.
Under the hood is Maserati's magnificent 4.7-liter V8 engine with an automatic transmission that makes an unforgettable sound. As a finishing touch, Silvia Venturini Fendi's specially crafted logo can be found in the form of an engraved silver plaque on the dashboard, headrests, and folding roof, as well as an embossed FENDI logo on the exterior. Finally, a black car cover featuring a ton-sur-ton double F logo covers the GranCabrio until its reveal.
