Maserati MC12 Corsa
Maserati is introducing the MC12 Corsa, a bespoke supercar specially produced for just a small select number of Maserati customers. With the knowledge of their driving prowess, Maserati clients will be given the satisfaction of testing this car in an extremely exclusive environment.
The MC12 Corsa has been developed from the MC12 GT1 which won the FIA GT Manufacturers Cup in 2005. It is intended for track use but not for racing or public roads.
The spectacular MC12 Corsa, proof that Maserati can produce cars of the highest technological capability, will be available for purchase from Autumn this year. It comes in the official Maserati “Blue Victory” paint, but customisation and special colour requests are available. Only 12 vehicles will ever be built.
Technical details include: carbon-fiber monocoque chassis, Cambiocorsa gearbox, Brembo steel and carbon brakes (no ABS), 18” race-version front and rear rims, 14x18 Front and Rear tyres, 2-seater race-version interior, roll-bar, V12 6.0L engine, 755/8000 power output, 1.150cm dry weight, 1.52 weight/power ratio and a 1,000,000 euro (plus tax) price tag. The MC12 Corsa will not be road homologated.
