Maserati Quattroporte Sport GT S
At the annual Frankfurt Motorshow, Maserati will present the Quattroporte Sport GT S, the ultimate expression of luxury and sporty saloon cars. This world premiere will take place during the Maserati press conference at 11.30 on stand A06, Hall 6.0.
Engineered for those seeking an uncompromised driving experience, the Quattroporte Sport GT S is fitted with an automatic 6-speed gearbox and an innovative suspension layout. Single rate dampers and a "racing" set up have lowered the car by 10mm at the front and 25mm at the rear, and provided stiffer springs and dampers.
The car also features a specially designed braking system by Brembo, using dual-cast brake discs for optimised braking performance and greater fade resistance, regardless of the temperature. Together with new mono-block, six-piston callipers on the front and specialised tyres (front 245/35-R20 and rear 295/30-R20), the Quattroporte Sport GT S delivers a superior level of handling.
The exterior of the Quattroporte Sport GT S has a distinctively aggressive look, with black-chrome mesh in its front grille, door handles, side window trims and two double exhaust pipes, all in the same colour as the car's body. It is also complemented by eye-catching dark chrome 20" seven-spoke alloy wheels.
The interior features Poltrona Frau leather and Alcantara, which covers the central zone of the seats, the interior door panels and the steering wheel, all reminiscent of Maserati's Trofeo and MC12 cars. The dashboard is finished in carbon fibre with aluminium treads, and the front seats have a new, sporty shape for added comfort.
