It boasts a 'Touch And Feel' (TAF) concept, offering an array of features for the driver, such as a multi-function steering wheel with radio, telephone, and other system controls within easy reach. Standard power steering also provides a smooth driving experience, adapting to the car's speed. The optional Mercedes COMAND APS is a navigation system that guides drivers with directions via SMS. As a standard feature, all the windows and panoramic sliding sunroof close when entering a tunnel or underground garage (the so-called “tunnel mode”). The car also features a regular temperature control system with separate temperatures for the driver and front passenger, as well as an advanced Heater Booster System.
