The Mercedes-Benz C200 CGI Estate Elegance is a part of the C-Class (W203) that was produced by Mercedes-Benz from July 2000 to December 2006. This model was designed with input from the executive board, resulting in two design patents that were filed in 1998 and 1999, with testing beginning in 1997. It was officially introduced in March 2000, along with a range of inline-four and V6 petrol engines, inline-four and -five diesels, and a 6-speed manual gearbox, except for the exclusive C 320. This model is part of a family of engines dubbed M271, which are all powered by a 1.8-litre engine. In addition, it also had a 4MATIC four-wheel drive option. A SportCoupé variant was also added in October 2000 and was available until 2007.
