Mercedes-Benz Vision R 63 AMG
The Mercedes-AMG Vision R 63 is hereby presented at the 61st Frankfurt Motor Show (IAA) as an interpretation of the new Mercedes-Benz R-Class, a Grand Sports Tourer. It features the AMG 6.3-litre V8 engine with 375 kW/510 hp output and a maximum torque of 630 newton metres which promises a dynamic driving experience for up to six occupants. The exterior of the Vision R 63 AMG differs from the series-production version with its colour of "dark titanium grey", a differently designed front and rear apron in the AMG look, bi-xenon headlamps with titanium-coated reflectors, two twin chromed tailpipes of the AMG sports exhaust system, as well as its 21-inch AMG light-alloy wheels coupled with 265/40 R 21 wide-base tyres. It also holds the AMG high-performance braking system which contributes to a better stopping distance. Finally, the interior also has an extravagantly styled look.
