Mini Beachcomber Concept
The MINI Beachcomber Concept is a four-seater, all-wheel drive concept car designed for maximum pleasure. It is crafted to combine key features of the new MINI with a radically open body concept. Featuring a newly developed drivetrain system, ALL4, and a flexible interior, the Beachcomber Concept gives occupants the chance to really engage with their surroundings. From town to rocky mountains to the beach, the Beachcomber Concept offers an emotional driving experience.
The no-doors, no-roof design allows access to both the front and back seats through the extended entryways, which connect with the bottom of the seats. Also, the raised suspension and extra-large light-alloy wheels help elevate the entire car for an even more intense experience. MINI will be proudly presenting the MINI Beachcomber Concept at the 2010 North American International Auto Show in Detroit from the 16th to 24th January 2010.
