The latest iteration of the MINI brand comes with the launch of the all-new MINI Convertible. With a variety of upgrades, both in terms of design and practicality, the new car is set to deliver a more dynamic, stylish and practical open-topped MINI motoring experience.
Since its predecessors first went on sale in the UK back in 2004 and 2009, a whopping 29,415 MINI Convertible models have been sold in the country, making it the best-selling convertible in the UK. It boasts the status of being the only premium soft-top four-seater convertible in the small car segment, with the UK being the largest market globally for the new MINI Convertible.
The features of the new MINI Convertible include a fully electric roof – quieter and smoother than the former model – as well as a fully integrated rollover protection system and an ample amount of rear space. Having become longer, wider and higher than its predecessor, the new car reaches lengths of up to 3,874mm and widths of up to 1,727mm.
A striking exterior and interior design that's unmistakably MINI-style ensures that the car blends sporting flair with elegant dynamism. The all-new MINI Cooper Convertible and Cooper D Convertible are 3,821 mm long, with the MINI Cooper S Convertible 3,850 mm and the MINI John Cooper Works Convertible 3,874 mm long. All models are 1,727 mm wide, 1,415 mm high and have a wheelbase of 2,495 mm.
