In order to reduce weight, modifications have been made to the chassis and several design tweaks have taken place such as lighter longitudinal control arms and the removal of sound-deadening material and rear seats. Other performance enhancements include an upgraded intercooler and engine tuning measures that increase power compared to the standard MINI Cooper S JCW. High-performance brakes are also included with this exclusive offering.
Additionally, to make a more visually distinct statement, the GP Kit has a unique aerodynamics package featuring a front and rear apron, wing-shaped rear spoiler, and underbody panelling. As for the colour, it will come in grey-blue metallic with a Pure Silver roof, Chili Red wing mirrors, and Pure Silver air scoop on the bonnet and apron. Inside, you'll find Recaro sports seats, single CD, air-conditioning, and a multi-function steering wheel.
