Mini XXL 2004 posters

Mini XXL

Since 2001, MINI has been producing a car that is marketed as a "retro" redesign of the original Mini. It is a subsidiary of BMW and MINI (written in capital letters) is used to distinguish it from its predecessor (the 'classic Mini'). The car is manufactured in Cowley, Oxford, United Kingdom, at what was originally the Morris car plant. Models There are currently seven MINI vehicle models available on the market, including the MINI One D, MINI One, MINI One Convertible, MINI Cooper, MINI Cooper S, MINI Cooper Convertible, and MINI Cooper S Convertible. In Portugal, the MINI One sports a 1.4 litre version of the Tritec engine, while the other gasoline powered MINIs use a slightly more powerful 1.6 litre engine. In markets, such as Australia and the US, the MINI One is not available due to its lack of air conditioning power. The Cooper and Cooper S models, however, offer a 'scoop' hood to provide airflow over the top mounted intercooler for the Cooper S, and single/dual exhausts systems for the Cooper and Cooper S. The Cooper model has more chrome parts than the MINI One. Approximately fifty percent of all MINIs sold in Australia and about seventy percent of those sold in the US are the top-of-the-range Cooper S model. Additionally, in 2004, a soft-top convertible option became available across the entire range.
