Mitsubishi Street Raider Concept

Starting out with a 2006 Mitsubishi Raider double cab pickup truck, designers from Mitsubishi gave the car a complete overhaul, turning it into the ultimate, street-ready hot rod truck. While the Rally Raider concept was designed for those who never shy away from a good challenge on the track, the Street Raider stands out for its sleek and smooth look. It is perfect for towing your EVO in all its glory and style, according to Sims. Drawing inspiration from classic customizers and hot rodders, Mitsubishi designers removed door handles, fuel fillers, and any other miscellaneous body protrusion for a pristine visual effect. Blended flush with the bodywork are the bumpers front and back, and to finish it off, a custom black chrome grille was added. Painted with PPG White Tech Pearl, the exterior of the Street Raider exudes a provocative yet simplistic look. The inside comes with accessorized leather trim in brown and pearl white and a high-end Rockford Fosgate sound system for maximum comfort and superior entertainment capabilities. To enhance the agile handling of the Street Raider, the overall ride height was lowered by two inches. The custom air suspension adds to the improved handling while still preserving the truck's payload capacity. The 22-inch tires - as well as the exclusive seven-spoke alloy wheels - have been designed for the Street Raider alone.
