Nissan Quest
The Nissan Quest has been in production since 1993, and is a distinct minivan from Nissan. There have been three generations, the first of which was a collaboration with Ford replicating the Mercury Villager. The Quest aims to stand out with its grille and headlights which are slightly shorter top to bottom than the Villager. It can originally be powered by the 3.0 L Nissan VG30E V6 but later featuring the 3.3 V6. The third generation was launched in 2004 and was produced in Canton, Mississippi, with a slightly longer body than its competitors. It is powered by the 3.5 L VQ35DE engine shared with the Maxima, Altima, and others, producing 240 hp and 242 ft·lbf of torque. The rear bench seat can be collapsed flat and it houses 211.9 ft³ of interior space. Even with its sloping grille and headlights, the second generation model still drew criticism from reviews and was redesigned for 2007.
