Opel Combo 2006 posters

Opel Combo

The latest generation of Opel Combo was launched in 2001. Unlike most of its competitors, Opel chose to fabricate the vehicle based on the Corsa. This choice constrained the width of the car, but allowed it to remain stylish and fashionable. The front end, up to the A-pillar, is identical to the Corsa, and the Combo B includes sliding rear side doors. Opel also unveiled the Combo Tour, along with the Combo Tour Tramp (Arizona in some regions). This attempt to attract leisure buyers was given enhanced suspension tuning, increased ground clearance, chassis protection covers, and many styling differences. The Combo Tour Tramp/Arizona was designed to create an outdoor-sports-related image. The commercial van iterations retain the double rear doors, while the Tour versions have the option of a single top-opening tailgate as standard. Azambuja, Portugal is the exclusive production plant for the Opel Combo.
