The Peugeot 207 RC has a sporty three-door body shape with a dramatic look at the front, along with wider front and rear tracks and wheel arches inspired by the 206 WRC and the world of motor racing. Its styling incorporates powerful yet subtle features such as Bridgestone Potenza 205/45R17W tyres on the new 17" nine-spoke "Pitlane" wheels, aerodynamic-optimising rear spoiler, and a trapezoid twin chrome exhaust. Its distinctive design and appearance express its purpose, accentuated by the dark "black chrome" masking of the feline shaped headlamps. At its core, the 207 RC holds a 1.6 litre THP (Turbo High Pressure) engine that generates a maximum power of 128 kW (175 bhp) as well as a torque of 240 Nm from just 1600 rpm. It also has a "over-boost" function which can increase the torque output to 260 Nm temporarily. 5-speed manual gearbox with specific gear ratios comes as standard.
