Peugeot 308 CC

With a long-standing affinity for blending coupé and cabriolet models, Peugeot first introduced its innovative motoring concept at the Geneva Motor Show in 1998 with the 20-heart concept car. It later developed into the Peugeot 206 CC and Peugeot 307 CC, helping to popularise what was once thought to be a vehicle for the elite. Now, Peugeot adds to its coupé-cabriolet line with the newly-launched Peugeot 308 CC. Since Peugeot first released its first coupé-cabriolet, it has produced more than 632,000 vehicles in this style. Of those, 457,500 were the Peugeot 206 CCs and 207 CCs, two-seat cars in the small car segment (B). Peugeot also produced 174,500 Peugeot 307 CCs in the medium car segment (M1). Due to the boom in retractable rigid roof cabriolets, the lifestyle market has recently experienced drastic changes. This has brought about a shift away from the traditional soft-top convertible, making Peugeot’s coupé-cabriolet concept even more desirable.
