Pininfarina Ferrari P4-5

The Pininfarina Ferrari P4-5 was debuted at the Concours d'Elégance, one of the most prestigious automotive showcases in the world. Commissioned by American collector James Glickenhaus, the unique vehicle was designed, engineered, and constructed entirely by Pininfarina. From the beginning it was meant to be more than just a show car, a dream that could come true from the Ferrari Enzo as a blueprint. The design was based on the sketches with touches and refinements, then built in a CAS modeling process. Over 200 original components were crafted, from the bixenon lighting clusters with yellow and white LEDs to the 20-inch milled aluminum wheels and exclusive steel hinges. Carbon fiber material composed the exterior of the vehicle, producing soft muscle-like contours with a tapered nose and single-shell windscreen on the body. To top it off, two butterfly doors were used to access the interior.
