Renault Twingo Concept 2006 posters

Renault Twingo Concept

At the 2006 Paris Motor Show, Renault unveiled the Twingo Concept - a compact, sporty city car. Fusing elements of youth culture, music, fashion and sport, the concept car was powered by the new turbocharged 16V 1.2 TCE 100 engine. With its cutting-edge multimedia features and high-level of equipment, the 3.6 meter-long car brings together customers who crave performance and communication technology. The Twingo Concept is an all-round stylish car, designed with a purposeful, assertive front end, encased with motor-sport inspired grilles and indicators to signify the powerful engine concealed within. The pearl-blue sides have chequered flag graphics to illustrate the car's speedy nature, and the dark chrome 17-inch wheels, bearing a splash of Renault yellow, strengthen the car's dynamic feel. The chrome twin exhaust tailpipe, air extractors and new Renault logo, contrast sharply against its rear air intakes and “high-tech” rear lights. The concept car packs plenty of power too. Its 1.2-litre turbocharged engine produces 73kW (100hp) and 145Nm of maximum torque. All that power is incredibly fuel-efficient, with CO2 emissions estimated at less than 140g/km.
