Rover 400
The Rover 400 was an automobile manufactured by Rover for the second generation of the series. It was released in the summer of 1995 as both a hatchback and a saloon. It was based off of the Honda Domani, and parts were shared with the 200 Series. Under the hood, the 400 had engines ranging from 1.4L to 2.0L, such as the K-Series, Honda D series SOHC, and the Rover T Series. being positioned as a small family car, Rover added wood trim to the dashboard and priced the car in the large family car segment. A Rover-only saloon was in development, allowing the 400 to compete with popular executive cars on the market, but it wasn't available upon the initial release of the HH-R family.
