Saturn Vue Red Line
The redesigned 2006 Saturn Vue Red Line brings together a bold new look and proven performance while offering excellent fuel economy and a more affordable price. First presented to the public at the 2005 California International Auto Show in Anaheim (Oct. 5-9), the compact SUV sports an eye-catching front grille inspired by the 2007 Sky roadster and the Aura sedan concept, along with a chrome bar and integrated jeweled Saturn emblem. Inside, you'll find ebony leather-appointed seating with suede fabric inserts, ebony carpet, and metallic pedals. Additionally, lower ambient lighting to illuminate the foot well areas can be adjusted from “Cool Blue” to “Warm Amber” using a switch located on the center stack. The 2006 Vue Red Line with front-wheel drive boasts a suggested retail price of $24,485, which is a $1,240 drop from the 2005 model. Not to mention the standard 3.5L V-6 engine produces 250-horsepower and 28 miles per gallon on the highway. Along with an ULEV rating, a performance tuned suspension brings sportier handling and lowered appearance, while 18-inch aluminum wheels and P245/50R18 performance tires complete the look. The restyled Vue is just the beginning for Saturn's growing product portfolio, which will soon include the Saturn Sky roadster, Vue Green Line Hybrid, Aura midsize sedan, and Outlook crossover mid-utility.
