Scion TRDEquipped xA Release Series 1.0

The Scion xA is a subcompact car that is sold in the United States by Toyota's brand Scion. In the Japanese market, this car is known as Toyota Ist, sharing its platform with the Toyota Vitz (Yaris in Europe). Comparing it with the Toyota Echo, the xA has a stiffer suspension, rear stabilizer bar, and bigger brakes. It is also heavier by 125 kg (275 lbs). Plus, it comes equipped with anti-lock brakes, a tachometer, power windows, front locks, and an audio system by Pioneer.

Initially, Scion xA was available only in California, and sales were not so good, so Toyota chose to also sell it in the Middle East as Toyota xA. With the 2006 model year, the xA had a visual upgrade.
