Seat Leon Sport FR

The SEAT León is a small family car that has been manufactured by the Spanish car manufacturer SEAT since 1999. It utilizes the Volkswagen A platform and contains the same components of the Volkswagen Golf, Audi A3, and Škoda Octavia. León Mk. I (1999-2005) The LEON Mk I is SEAT's top selling car and is known for its sportier and more cost-efficient version of the Volkswagen Golf. This LEON has a hatchback model of the SEAT Toledo and comes with sleek, aggressive looks and a firm suspension to increase handling of the car. Expensive models come with powerful engines and some Leons come with all-wheel-drive, which is based on the same Haldex differential as the VW Golf 4Motion. Engines over 130 PS (96 kW) typically have a manual 6-speed gearbox. León Mk. II The newer León, which is based on the VW Golf V platform, features a sharper exterior design and external rear doors that are more integrated. The León was designed by Walter de'Silva and employs the same design style as the SEAT Altea. While the León still holds some of its sporty image, the engine range for the newer model is a bit more limited when compared to the VW Golf. It features the 8-valve 1.6 L engine with 102 PS (75 kW), the 150 PS (110 kW) 2.0 FSI, and the popular 140 PS (103 kW) 2.0 TDI Diesel. Both are compatible with the 6-speed manual transmission and the DSG semi-auto gearbox available as an option. Additionally, the 185 PS (136 kW) variant of the 2.0 TFSI, which is unique to the León, was later introduced but eventually removed due to poor reviews and lack of interest in favor of the sportier FR variants.
