Subaru of America, Inc. recently released the 2018 WRX STI that boasts impressive performance, comfort, design, and safety enhancements. Available from Spring 2017, the WRX STI is sure to provide a thrilling driving experience.
The WRX STI features a restyled front fascia with a bold, aggressive look and larger lower grille opening. LED Steering Responsive Headlights illuminate curves during nighttime driving. Both trims also come with roof rack mounting brackets for added functionality.
The WRX STI has undergone a comprehensive handling upgrade with revised suspension tuning, a much improved DCCD AWD system, more powerful brakes, and the debut of 19-inch wheels with a Y-shaped spoke design and larger 245/35R19 tires that enhance cornering performance. Furthermore, the Brembo Performance Brake System has been upgraded with stronger monoblock 6-piston calipers, monoblock 2-piston calipers, and larger drilled rotors. Then, a set of new brake pads offer greater surface area for better feel and fade resistance. For added comfort, the STI Limited comes standard with Recaro seats, while the base trim offers them as an option.
