Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. (TMS) and Daytona International Speedway (DIS) have announced that the all-new 2012 Toyota Camry will serve as the official pace car for next year's DAYTONA 500®. This will give Toyota the opportunity to showcase the best-selling car in America for nine years in a row on the biggest NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race of the year.

Toyota Camry was released in 1983 and over nine million of them have been sold since then in the United States. Camry has been the country's best selling car in 13 of the last 14 years. This year marks the 25th anniversary of Camry production in Georgetown, Kentucky.
