Toyota Camry SE

The all-new, redesigned sixth-generation Camry is made available to the public starting in 2007. It has the same length as its predecessor and a longer wheelbase. Production of the Camry SE takes place in several countries such as Japan, Australia, China and the United States, at Toyota's plant in Georgetown, Kentucky, Subaru's facility in Lafayette, Indiana and Toyota Motor Corporation Australia. This model is recognized by the four trim levels it offers: CE, LE, SE, and XLE. Additionally, for more power, consumers can opt for a 3.5-liter VVT-i V6 engine, mated to a 6-speed sequential transmission, with LE, SE, and XLE being the available trims. A number of convenience features are available, depending on the trim, such as a navigation system with cell phone link and heated leather seats for the SE and the V6-powered XLE, as well as a remote start for the XLE. The rear of the car features elements previously seen on Hyundais and Mazdas, such as the headlights and grill, and the controversial "Bangle-butt" design, first seen on the 2002 BMW 7 Series. In Australia, the Camry SE is sold only with a 2.4L I4 engine producing a maximum of 117 kW of power. V6 versions are being replaced by the Toyota Aurion, due out in late 2016.
