The Volkswagen Fox is a supermini car made and designed by the German car giant Volkswagen. It is produced in Brazil and sold to Mexico, South America and Europe. The Fox is positioned in between the low-cost Gol and the Polo superminis in South America, yet, despite its smaller height (1.50 m), its inner room is comparable to its competitors such as the Chevrolet Corsa, Fiat Palio, Ford Fiesta, Renault Clio and Peugeot 206. In 2006, it was launched in the European market as a replacement for the aged Lupo.
