Zagato Perana Z-One
Zagato is proud to present a World Premiere at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show - The Zagato Perana Z-One (Zee-One)! This sports car is the result of Zagato's first ever collaboration with the South African Vehicle Manufacturer, Perana Performance Group. Drawing upon the expertise of Zagato's 90-year legacy of creating fully functional running concepts, the project was completed in just 4 months with the help of Virtual reality development and guidance from the South African team.
Design Concept
The Z-one follows in the footsteps of Zagato's long-standing history of masterfully designed cars. Its proportions and volume are more compact than a traditional sports car, featuring two dynamic curves with keen edges and sculpted surfaces, which are signature features of the modern Zagato line.
Initiative
This Zagato Perana Z-One is not just a concept car, but a practical and feasible production car that is expected to be available for purchase in Europe by July 2009.
