Daihatsu Sportrak 1997 posters

Daihatsu Sportrak

The second generation of the Daihatsu Sportrak arrived in 1993 and looked almost identical to the original, utilizing the same chassis and engine as Toyota 1.6L, though the following version had the carburettor model removed from the Japanese lineup and only the 95/105 PS engine was featured in their cars. An Italian car manufacturer, Bertone, developed a variation with a BMW M40 engine applying 100 PS (74 kW) and they named it Bertone Freeclimber II. The Daihatsu Sportrak's production ended in 1998 as the Terios came out.
