Jaguar XKR Portfolio
Jaguar Cars has unveiled a special edition Portfolio model of the much sought after XKR. The 4.2-litre supercharged sports car can reach a top speed of 155 mph and accelerate to 60 mph in 4.9 seconds (5.0 for convertible). The exterior comes in a glossy Celestial Black finish and is adorned with elegant 20-inch polished Cremona five-spoke alloy wheels. Inside, the interior is sophisticated and encourages the driver with ergonomic features and user-friendly technology. The XKR also has an advanced yet lightweight aluminium construction that ensures stability and control. To boost the already impressive braking capacity, Jaguar worked with leading manufacturer Alcon to create the largest production brakes ever used by Jaguar. After extensive testing at the Jaguar engineering centre next to the Nürburgring race circuit in Germany, the new braking system was revealed.
