The
Porsche Cayman S has made a name for itself since its launch in November 2005, quickly becoming the quintessential sports car in the coupe segment. The Porsche Cayman S Sport then came out in autumn of 2008 with the iconic
911 GT3 RS look and over 300 bhp from its 3.4-litre flat-six engine. It offers an impressive range of colours, such as Orange and Green as well as Black, Guards Red, Speed Yellow and Carrara White. To give an even more bold appearance, the car carries striking black-painted alloy wheels, exterior mirrors and air intake grilles. Inside, the black interior design package and a unique, circular instrument display without the usual binnacle above create an adrenaline-filled atmosphere. Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) as standard and 19-inch SportDesign wheels with 5 millimetre spacers are also included, enhancing the already remarkable cornering performance. Furthermore, there are Bi-Xenon headlights, the Sports Chrono Package and sports seats in leather, along with a sports exhaust system. Not to mention that every one of the 700 units of the limited series assigned to the Porsche Cayman S Sport boasts its edition number on a plaque on the glove box. UK and Ireland enthusiasts will be pleased to know that the Porsche Cayman S Sport went on sale on September 13, 2008 with a price tag of £49,890, while customers can also take advantage of the Porsche Driving Experience course.
