The all new Volvo S80 is the second generation of Volvo's large prestige sedan and debuted at the 2006 Geneva Motor Show. Design
The new Volvo S80 is slightly wider and taller than its predecessor, however it retains the same overall length (4850 mm). The wheelbase is longer and the track is wider, giving the S80 a strong visual identity. The bonnet has a raised profile and the headlamps have been positioned lower and extend along the sides of the vehicle, curving towards the bonnet creating a gentle smile like front.
